What You'll Do: - You will manage daily operations of the imaging department to ensure seamless service and patient satisfaction. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance imaging services and technology adoption. - You will lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of imaging professionals. - You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. - You will collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize imaging workflows. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and performance metrics for imaging services. - You will drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs. - You will stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices into the department. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services management or related healthcare leadership roles. - Strong knowledge of imaging technologies, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound. - Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex healthcare operations. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation processes. - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Radiologic Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in Radiology Administration or Healthcare Management. - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and imaging information systems (PACS). - Background in quality improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. - Previous experience in a large, multi-site healthcare system.
