Role Overview: As the Director of Imaging Services, you will lead and oversee all imaging operations within the health system, ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services. Your role is pivotal in driving innovation, operational efficiency, and patient-centered care in imaging departments. What You'll Do: - You will manage and coordinate all imaging services, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound departments. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance imaging service quality and efficiency. - You will lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of imaging services. - You will collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to integrate imaging services into patient care pathways. - You will drive the adoption of new imaging technologies and innovative practices. - You will monitor performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services management or related healthcare leadership roles. - Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging modalities and healthcare regulations. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning. Bonus Points If You Have: - Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Radiology, or related field. - Certification in Radiology Administration or Healthcare Management. - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and imaging information systems (PACS). - Demonstrated success in leading quality improvement and innovation projects.
