Role Overview: As the Director of Imaging Services, you will lead and oversee all imaging operations within the health system, ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services. What You'll Do: - You will manage and direct all imaging services, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound departments. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance imaging service quality and patient satisfaction. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements. - You will lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of imaging professionals. - You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare leaders to optimize imaging protocols and patient care pathways. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational performance metrics. - You will drive technology adoption and process improvements to advance imaging capabilities. - You will foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous learning within the imaging services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services management or a related healthcare leadership role. - Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging modalities and healthcare regulations. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with budgeting, financial management, and operational analytics. - Ability to drive innovation and change in a complex healthcare environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Advanced degree in healthcare administration, radiology, or related field. - Certification in Radiology Administration or Healthcare Management. - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and imaging information systems (PACS/RIS). - Background in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
