What You'll Do: - You will manage and direct all imaging services, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound departments. - You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance imaging service delivery and patient outcomes. - You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirements. - You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of imaging professionals to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - You will collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to integrate imaging services with overall patient care. - You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency within the imaging department. - You will drive the adoption of new technologies and innovative practices in imaging services. - You will monitor performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in imaging services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of imaging modalities such as MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound. - Proven experience in managing healthcare teams and operations. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards in imaging. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in Radiology Administration or related credentials. - Experience with healthcare IT systems and imaging software. - Background in budgeting and financial management within healthcare. - Experience in a large health system or academic medical center.
