Qualifications • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively and professionally with patients and staff • Proficiency in office administration and administrative assistance for managing day-to-day office operations • Basic knowledge of accounting and experience in handling financial tasks and records • Leadership skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a team effectively • Experience in healthcare or medical office settings is an advantage • Proficiency in medical software systems and electronic health records (EHR) is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration or healthcare management preferred
