About the Team We are a large-scale infrastructure platform team building mission-critical supply chain systems that support global data center and hardware infrastructure delivery. The team focuses on reliable, scalable, and user-friendly end-to-end supply chain platforms covering planning, procurement, inventory, construction, and logistics operations. Our goal is to build integrated middle-office and platform systems that significantly improve operational efficiency, automation level, and scalability across complex infrastructure programs. Responsibilities • Lead backend development for large-scale supply chain and infrastructure platform systems • Design and implement core modules across order fulfillment and supply chain middle-platform domains • Build systems covering order fulfillment, planning, replenishment, cost management, and product lifecycle • Drive architecture design to ensure scalability, reliability, and extensibility • Deliver complex projects and abstract reusable technical components • Manage engineering task distribution and execution quality • Improve engineering practices and technical standards • Mentor engineers and grow technical leadership within the team Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field • 5+ years backend or microservices development experience • Strong Java ecosystem and backend framework experience • Solid coding standards and design pattern knowledge • Ability to quickly understand business domains and system design needs • Experience leading projects or small technical teams • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Bilingual in Mandarin is required Preferred Qualifications • Experience with enterprise supply chain systems such as planning, forecasting, procurement, or production workflows • Experience with OMS, WMS, logistics platforms, or e-commerce fulfillment systems • Experience building middle-platform or internal business systems
