We partner with leaders across the business to deliver workforce analyses, modeling, and reporting that directly support business objectives and operational excellence.We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and support workforce analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update project trackers to ensure accurate progress reporting. Set up and manage document folders for team access and publication workflows. Coordinate and schedule stakeholder review meetings. Track and summarize changes requiring communication or additional approvals. Edit and format documents (e.g., articles, policies, programs) in line with established guidelines. Review and analyze testing outcomes to ensure accuracy and completeness. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in ServiceNow. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail. Proven discretion and judgment in handling confidential or sensitive data. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of HTML (no coding required). Soft Skills Strong communication skills across various business partners and leadership levels. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
