RCM Systems Support Specialist Hourly Compensation Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour ($47,840 - $52,000) Position Type: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt | Benefits Eligible Location: Remote (SC Upstate residents only; occasional onsite work at our Greenville, SC corporate office) Travel: Up to 10% travel to the corporate office, as needed Why You’ll Love This Role If you enjoy solving problems, supporting systems that truly matter, and working behind the scenes to keep healthcare operations running smoothly, this role may be a great fit for you. As an RCM Systems Support Specialist I, you’ll play an important role in supporting our charge capture application and partnering with Revenue Cycle Management and IT teams to ensure systems are accurate, reliable, and compliant. You’ll work remotely most of the time, with occasional onsite collaboration, and gain hands-on experience supporting healthcare technology in a growing, mission-driven organization. What You’ll Do: Support System Users • Be the go-to resource for PatientKeeper user setup and access requests • Create, update, and deactivate user accounts for clinicians and internal teams • Maintain accurate clinician details, including name and NPI updates • Assign and manage system security roles Maintain and Build System Configuration • Set up and deactivate hospital accounts, workflows, and referring clinicians • Help ensure system setups align with business and operational needs Improve and Enhance Systems • Assist with system updates, testing, upgrades, and new feature rollouts • Monitor application performance and flag opportunities for improvement • Support change management and help users adapt to system enhancements Ensure Compliance and Security • Help maintain HIPAA compliance and data security standards • Partner with IT and security teams on audits and reporting when needed Reporting & Insights • Run system reports and analyze trends • Share insights to improve performance and the overall user experience What We’re Looking For: • 0–3 years of experience in healthcare, hospital operations, or application/system support • Experience with PatientKeeper or similar healthcare applications is a plus • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Familiarity with healthcare workflows and EHR systems • Clear communicator with a customer-focused mindset • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently Preferred Qualifications: • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Physical & Travel Expectations • Ability to sit for extended periods during the workday • Willingness to travel to the corporate office up to 10% of the time Join OBHG: Join the forefront of women's healthcare with OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG), the nation’s largest and only dedicated provider of customized obstetric hospitalist programs.
