Director of Operations, Maternal Health Access Solutions (MHAS) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt Compensation: $135,000 - $145,000 + Eligible Incentive Plans About the Role The Director of Operations, Maternal Health Access Solutions plays a vital leadership role in overseeing maternal health access programs, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous program improvement. Working closely with clinical and operational leadership, this individual develops strong relationships with partner hospitals and clinics while driving alignment on performance objectives, access initiatives, and patient-centered outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Program & Operational Leadership • Oversee operational performance across assigned maternal health access programs. • Maintain a visible presence at partner sites to foster collaborative and consultative client relationships. • Support successful onboarding and implementation of new OBHG programs. • Align hospital and clinic objectives with OBHG services and oversee demonstration of key performance outcomes. • Conduct regular business reviews, onsite visits, and performance discussions with clinical and administrative stakeholders. Client & Stakeholder Engagement • Serve as the primary relationship owner for hospital executives (CEO, CNO, CFO, COO, CMO) and clinic leadership. • Lead contract renewal negotiations and support new business development opportunities. • Engage with community physicians and participate in marketing and outreach activities. • Address operational issues, invoice inquiries, and partnership concerns. Strategic & Financial Oversight • Assist in the development and review of proposals, financial proformas, and program changes. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance patient access. • Support community events such as hospital-hosted baby showers and clinical marketing initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Recruiting, Credentialing, Scheduling, HR Business Partners, Marketing, Business Development, and clinical leadership to ensure program success. • Participate in special projects and internal committees as assigned. Qualifications: Required: • 3–5 years of direct, hands-on experience with practice management/administration, with women’s health operational leadership (outpatient preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration required; Master’s degree strongly preferred. • Familiarity with both clinic and hospital workflows. • Proven experience collaborating with C-suite executives and managing complex stakeholder environments. • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills. • Effective problem solver—capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Skills: • Management of Ob/Gyn practices, including perinatology and gynecologic oncology, strongly preferred. • Previous work in HCA, outpatient environments, or OBGYN practice groups is considered highly valuable • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operational regulations. Physical & Travel Requirements: • Ability to sit for extended periods. • Moderate to extensive travel required, including visits to all assigned hospitals and clinics. Why Join OBHG?
