Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Princeton, NJ. The responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, developing strategies for business growth, and creating and delivering effective presentations. The role requires consistent communication with clients and partners to establish and nurture business relationships while contributing to achieving organizational growth goals. Qualifications • Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create compelling Presentations • Experience in Lead Generation and conducting detailed Market Research • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders • Proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
