About Us We are a U.S.-based startup launching marketing and AI automation systems for local businesses. Our solutions are designed to help service-based businesses generate more leads, build stronger reputations, and scale faster. We are seeking a Founding General Manager / Sales Closer to join us in our launch phase. This role combines sales responsibilities with early-stage general management tasks. It is a contract (1099) role for entrepreneurial professionals who are comfortable starting with performance-based compensation. Responsibilities • Prospect and close sales with local business owners (targeted by ZIP code). • Secure the first 3 client testimonials. • After initial traction, assist in staffing and managing a sales team. • Oversee onboarding, payments, and client retention. • Report progress and results directly to the founder. Compensation This is a founding role with performance-based compensation. • Sales Commissions: • $300 to $1,000 per offer closed • General Manager Compensation: • 10% of pre-tax net profits from monthly recurring revenue (uncapped), paid monthly • After securing the first 3 client testimonials, the base offer’s monthly recurring price will double, increasing recurring income potential. • Opportunity to grow into a leadership role with long-term upside. Qualifications • Proven outbound B2B sales closing experience. • Comfortable taking on general management responsibilities in a startup environment. • Able to work daily during launch mode to ensure traction. • Must have your own prospecting tools (CRM, dialer, cold email platform, etc.). • Strong communication skills and ability to manage remote work.
