NYCOR is Hiring CNC Swiss Machine Operators – 2nd Shift - Operators!!! Are you an experienced CNC Swiss Operator looking to join a dynamic and growing team? Our client, located in New Hope, MN, is seeking talented individuals to operate Citizen L20 and A32 Swiss machines in a job shop environment. Position: CNC Swiss Machine Operator Location: New Hope, MN Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday | 4:15 PM – 3:00 AM Pay: $28–$32/hr (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: • Operate Citizen L20 and A32 Swiss-style machines efficiently • Run production jobs with minimal supervision • Perform offsets and monitor fluid levels in machines • Read and interpret blueprints • Use measuring tools to inspect and check your own parts • Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience operating Swiss machines in a job shop setting • Solid Swiss machining knowledge – setup not required, but must operate independently • Ability to read blueprints and use hand and measurement tools accurately • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality If you’re looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values precision and skill, we want to hear from you!
