As a cornerstone of our commitment to excellent customer service and operational efficiency, the Operations Entry Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and effectively. In this role, you will be tasked with data entry, inventory management, and assisting in the coordination of various operational processes. Responsibilities Conduct accurate and timely data entry into operational systems Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Support team members in daily operational tasks and challenges Monitor operational metrics and report discrepancies Help maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in training sessions for new hires Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of inventory management systems Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
