As a Sales Assistant for the Juicy Couture brand at NYC Alliance Company LLC, you will support the sales team in driving the brand's success in the marketplace. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with both clients and internal stakeholders. Duties/Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Juicy Couture accounts and Buying Assistants. Assist in all aspects of sales meetings and presentations, including the creation of engaging presentation materials. Prepare and accurately enter orders into the sales system. Conduct comp shops and market research to gather competitive insights. Analyze sales data and provide feedback to the sales team based on customer insights. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and manage their requests effectively. Organize market planning and logistics, including scheduling appointments and coordinating showroom setups. Manage the flow of samples, ensuring timely tracking and delivery. Prepare and maintain the showroom for seasonal market events, including unpacking and organizing samples. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building client relationships. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel; knowledge of sales software is advantageous. Basic understanding of retail math and sales analysis. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Active listening skills and a strong desire to contribute to the sales team’s success.
