Executive Assistant – Home Health CarePreferred Experience: Viventium & HHAeXchange About the Role:We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced home health care environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience with Viventium and HHAeXchange is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents. • Monitor and manage high-volume email inboxes; prioritize, flag, and draft responses as needed. • Coordinate and track multiple ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and updates are communicated clearly. • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and operational materials related to home health care functions. • Support internal communications between HR, Scheduling, Payroll, Compliance, and other departments. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Assist with onboarding tasks, employee documentation, and data entry within Viventium and HHAeXchange when needed. • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items. • Perform general office duties and provide support across departments during peak periods. • Troubleshoot employee issues, including access to internal platforms, password resets, email address problems, and basic technical support. Qualifications: • 2- 4 years of work experience in a corporate role • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager (home health care experience strongly preferred). • Familiarity with Viventium and HHAeXchange is a strong plus. • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and anticipate needs. Professional, reliable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment. Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
