Role Overview: As the Manager of Travel Services, you will oversee all aspects of travel coordination and management for NY CREATES. Your role is crucial in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our staff and partners, supporting the organization's operational efficiency and strategic goals. What You'll Do: - You will manage and coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. - You will develop and implement travel policies to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness. - You will liaise with travel vendors and negotiate contracts to secure the best rates and services. - You will oversee travel budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare regular reports. - You will provide support and guidance to employees on travel-related matters. - You will handle travel emergencies and resolve issues promptly. - You will collaborate with other departments to align travel plans with organizational needs. - You will maintain accurate travel records and documentation. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel management or a related field. - Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and software. - Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. - Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
