Role Overview: As the Manager of Travel Services, you will oversee all aspects of travel coordination and management for NY CREATES. Your role is crucial in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our staff and partners, supporting the organization's operational efficiency and strategic goals. What You'll Do: - You will manage and coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. - You will develop and implement travel policies to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness. - You will collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to optimize travel services. - You will monitor travel budgets and provide regular reports to senior management. - You will resolve travel-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and regulations. - You will lead and mentor a team of travel coordinators to enhance service quality. - You will ensure all travel documentation and records are accurate and accessible. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel management or a related field. - Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and software. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
