This is a Full Time position in the field of Production Coordinator / Project Management , located in Brooklyn, NY . The position pays $75,000.00 — $78,000.00 per year . Role Overview As an AV / Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the preparation, maintenance, and logistical flow of all hardware and software used in our events. You will also support and train our Event Managers to ensure flawless on-site execution. Responsibilities Event Manager Training & Support: Lead training on new services and technologies; provide remote technical support during events. Equipment & Software Management: Prepare, configure, test, and verify all event-specific hardware and software; manage post-event maintenance and repairs. Logistics & Inventory Management: Coordinate logistical requirements; develop schedules and manage inventory for equipment tracking. Event Onboarding & Workflow: Update event management systems with details; participate in daily team meetings. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to align technical and logistical needs.
