They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead site design projects with a focus on commercial and/or residential land development. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced civil engineer to take ownership of design execution, team leadership, and client relationships. What You'll Be Doing: You will play a hands-on role managing and executing civil engineering projects from initial planning through construction support. Daily tasks include: • Project Management: Lead full-cycle project coordination including due diligence, site planning, entitlements, engineering design, and permitting at the local, state, and federal levels • Design Oversight: Supervise the design of site geometry, grading, drainage, roadway, water and wastewater systems, parks, and other infrastructure improvements • Documentation: Prepare and review drawings, technical specifications, reports, cost estimates, and engineering calculations • Team Coordination: Direct project engineers, EITs, and design technicians to ensure quality deliverables • Client Interaction: Lead client meetings, support presentations, and serve as Engineer of Record on projects • Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor project budgets, schedules, consultant coordination, and billing • Mentorship: Support the development of junior staff, fostering technical growth and a strong team environment What We’re Looking For: • 7+ years of civil engineering experience with a focus on commercial and/or residential site development • PE license required or ability to obtain in a reasonable timeframe • Strong experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word & Excel • Proficient in producing full sets of engineering drawings and technical documentation • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • Flexible and responsive to shifting priorities and deadlines Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience • Quarterly bonuses tied to performance and contributions • Medical insurance (company-paid depending on plan selection) • Dental, vision, LTD, STD, life, critical illness, and accident coverage available • 401(k) plan with up to 3% company match • Minimum 2 weeks PTO, increasing with tenure • Paid volunteer time off & bereavement leave • Company-paid continuing education and professional development support • Quarterly team events, competitions, and employee recognition programs If you’re a senior-level civil engineer with a passion for land development and leadership, this is a chance to make an impact at a firm that values people, performance, and long-term growth.
