Full Description

The Marketing Operations Manager will support the marketing team by managing projects, systems, and workflows. The role aims to enhance team efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Additionally, the individual will provide operational support for calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense processing. Qualifications & Skills Required: • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or related roles. • Proven success managing projects with accountability for timelines and deliverables. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement. • Experience with request and project management tools. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, both internally and with external vendors. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; familiarity with AI-powered research and reporting tools. Preferred: • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms (e.g., Aprimo, Adobe AEM). • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics) and sales enablement processes. • Exposure to social media planning and management. • Experience working with both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Key Responsibilities Marketing Project Management • Lead and coordinate small to medium-sized marketing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. • Follow up with stakeholders to maintain accountability and progress. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies. • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and review materials. Marketing Systems & Requests • Support the management of digital asset systems, ensuring assets are organized and maintained effectively. • Serve as the primary contact for marketing requests, triaging and routing to appropriate teams, and ensuring timely responses. • Clarify scope of requests to ensure clear and actionable assignments. Events, Meetings & Coordination • Assist with planning and logistics for marketing meetings, offsites, and events. • Manage scheduling and resource allocation for smooth execution. • Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks. Operations & Financial Support • Process invoices and support expense reporting. • Coordinate travel and expenses for team leadership as needed. • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables. • Maintain organized workflows, templates, and process documentation. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating needs. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with shifting priorities. • Able to balance operational tasks with project leadership responsibilities.
