Description: Work with multi-functional stakeholders to operate NVIDIA programs for researchers and educatorsDesign, implement, and execute scalable processes for timely fulfillment of research grants, review of grant applications, budget tracking, and reportingManage logistics of hardware shipments and cloud onboarding in fulfillment systemsInterface directly with prospective and awarded researchers through our support inbox to triage issues, provide program updates and reminders, and connect them to the right resourcesCoordinate technical experts reviewing grant applications, monitor progress against program timelines and follow up as neededCraft user documentation and flow diagrams to enable self-serve processes and program scalabilitySupport quality assurance testing using Salesforce Sales Cloud and other technology platforms used by external customers Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher with 3+ years of demonstrated project management and operations experienceYou are proactive, strategic, hands-on, and exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to solve problems independentlyProven experience using a mix of project management and operational skills to partner with internal and external customersExperience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and project management tools, such as JIRA, Microsoft Excel, and Google SheetsStrong affinity for organization and an obsession with data integrityTrack record of successfully working in global, cross-functional, and remote teams to build relationships and drive tangible resultsSuperb communication, decision-making, and influencing abilitiesAble to see the big picture while identifying and resolving areas for improvement Benefits: Applications for this job will be accepted at least until August 30, 2025.NVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
