Key Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain equipment, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting. • Performs specified preventative maintenance procedures and assists Maintenance and outside sources with trouble-shooting testing equipment. • Support Quality Assurance by ensuring proper inspection protocols and compliance documentation are followed. • Train new technicians • Participate in Lean and Kaizen activities to improve processes. Qualifications: • Familiarity with orbital welding systems and measuring tools preferred • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to safety and quality. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities. • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $14.80 - $27.50 Per Hour Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
