Job Description: • Develop and implement a sales strategy that focuses on High-Density Liquid Cooling Solutions (HDLC) for data centers • Work with leading Technology Companies, Cloud Service Providers, and AI Factories to drive sales growth for nVent Cooling Solutions 100% from a home office anywhere in the US • Lead 3rd-party manufacturing rep agency relationships • Handle relationships with customers to understand their requirements and develop appropriate solution(s) to best meet their needs • Support the business through the generation of new growth accounts while maintaining and developing existing accounts • Continuously scan for prospects with current or new customers to achieve new sales, expand offerings within the account, and populate the account pipeline consistently and on a timely basis • Provide extensive product and solutions training for customers, especially in the cabinet, power, and cooling products • Maintain knowledge of competitors’ activities throughout assigned territory/accounts • Understand current market relationships and partnerships with customers • Work closely with product management and marketing teams to develop new innovative products for the data center and networking market Requirements: • Ideally 5+ years outside sales/account management experience within the data center industry, selling high-density liquid cooling (HDLC) products • 7+ years of experience highly preferred • Experience leading 3rd-party manufacturing rep agency relationships • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred • Demonstrated skills associated with selling to multiple types of customers, including solution providers, distributors, consultants, engineers, end users, OEMs, MROs, and contractors • Demonstrated ability to harness partnerships to drive the strategic plan and alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities • Confirmed experience with cold calling and business development activities • Skills in verbal communication, written communication, and knowledge of the market served • The ability to travel on average 30-40% of the time Benefits: • Medical, dental, and vision plans along with flexible spending accounts • Short-term and long-term disability benefits • Critical illness, accident insurance, and life insurance • A 401(k) retirement plan and an employee stock purchase plan — both include a company match • Tuition reimbursement • Caregiver, personal and parental leave • Back-up care services • Paid time off including volunteer time • A well-being program • Legal & identity theft protection
