Job Description: • Proactively identify, qualify, and close new opportunities in local government and commercial sectors • Deepen relationships with current clients to uncover additional needs and upsell solutions. • Articulate the business impact of geospatial technologies and tailor solutions to client challenges • Collaborate with our Bid & Proposal and Operations teams to craft winning proposals and accurate estimates • Represent our brand at industry events, contribute to blogs and forums, and stay ahead of GIS trends • Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools. Requirements: • Proven success in selling technical or professional services within the geospatial domain • Strong understanding of Esri technologies and their application in local government and commercial environments • Ability to engage decision-makers, build trust, and close complex deals • Consultative mindset with a knack for solving business problems through technology • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management. • Established network of contacts in State & Local Government (preferred) • History of exceeding sales quotas in a technical services environment (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Geography, GIS, or related field (or equivalent experience) (preferred).
