Your mission - As the Senior Director, Indirect Analytics & Strategy, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of partner reporting, pipeline management and metrics, new partner deal pricing, rep performance reporting and quota, commission plan creation and tracking, ad hoc analysis on critical projects or deals, and strategy and RBO analytics. This role supports North America but has a global remit. Key responsibilities: • Develop and manage comprehensive partner reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely data delivery. • Oversee pipeline management and metrics to track and optimize sales performance. • Lead the pricing strategy for new partner deals, ensuring competitive and profitable agreements. • Monitor and report on rep performance, setting quotas and tracking achievements. • Create and manage commission plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and accurate tracking. • Conduct ad hoc analysis on critical projects or deals to support strategic decision-making. • Develop and maintain strategy and RBO analytics, including documentation, tracking, and research. • Proven experience in a senior analytics or reporting role, preferably within the fintech or payment processing industry. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. • Experience in managing global teams and working in a multinational environment. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
