The Role We are looking for AI/ML Engineers, LLM Integration Engineers, and Data Engineers/Data Scientists to join our global developer network. You’ll work remotely with US-based teams to design, build, and scale intelligent systems that power education, healthcare, and public sector platforms. This is a chance to apply your expertise to real-world challenges—from personalized learning platforms to predictive healthcare analytics—while collaborating with high-performing engineering teams in the USA. What You’ll Do • AI/ML Engineer • Build and deploy machine learning systems for personalization, recommendations, and predictive analytics. • Fine-tune and optimize models for real-world applications in healthcare and education. • Create scalable training pipelines to move models from research into production. • LLM Integration Engineer • Develop and fine-tune LLM-powered chatbots for use in schools, hospitals, and community services. • Integrate HuggingFace, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs into public-facing applications. • Ensure safety, scalability, and reliability in AI-driven conversational systems. • Data Engineer / Data Scientist • Design ETL pipelines to collect and process large volumes of education and healthcare data. • Conduct data analysis and visualization to uncover insights and guide product improvements. • Collaborate on data-driven strategies that enhance decision-making and resource allocation. What We’re Looking For • Strong experience in AI/ML, LLMs, or Data Engineering/Science. • Proficiency with Python (plus familiarity with Golang, Java/Spring Boot, or C#/.NET a plus). • Proven experience deploying models to production (HuggingFace, LangChain, OpenAI API). • Solid background in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), data pipelines, and distributed systems. • Ability to work remotely with US-based teams across time zones. • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). • Commitment to long-term collaboration and continuous learning.
