Job description NutraBio Labs, Inc. is a fast-paced, quickly growing sport supplement company dedicated to bringing the best supplements on the market into the hands of Brick & Mortar stores everywhere. We are looking for a dedicated, strong-willed person to take on our Sales position in the West Coast Region. The Sales Representative will be in charge of making sure the NutraBio brands are well represented to the public through Brick & Mortar stores, BioCrew events, demos, and expo shows. NutraBio Brands consist of NutraBio Labs, UNBOUND by NutraBio, & EndurElite. In this role you will: • Develop annual business plans for each assigned accounts under the direction of management • Maintain punctual and frequent communication with current and potential accounts • Travel outside of your area a minimum of 2 weeks per month to cover base territory as well as regional account territories • Take orders via in person, phone, email, and other communication as necessary as well as provide quotes, invoices, and contracts for stores • Be responsible for New Product & New Line Placement as well as Increased sales percentage agreed by management per account as well as territory specific • Track daily visits, orders, and present information to management weekly or as requested • Close new accounts monthly per brand as agreed upon with management • Develop and execute marketing and advertisement programs geared towards increasing sales under the direction of management • Display and sample product in-store using product, catalogs, literature, and emphasizing salable features • Prepare reports and maintains business expense reports Requirements: • At least 3 years’ sales experience • Live within the territory • Willing to travel • Strong Verbal & Written Communication & Creative Problem-Solving Skills • Proficient: • Analyzing sales data • Analyzing market trends • Creating and meeting sales goals • Dedicated and hardworking team player Other Skills & Abilities: • Strong selling and management skills • High level of product knowledge • Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers • Experience & knowledge with Microsoft programs Offers: • Paid vacation and sick time • 401k w/ company match • Competitive salary & Commission • Opportunity for growth • Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit • Medical coverage
