NUS Consulting Group is an international energy management and sustainability consultancy specialising in providing services and solutions to domestic and international commercial and industrial organisations. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who can execute paid marketing campaigns and contribute to overarching marketing strategy. You’ll manage omnichannel advert and marketing efforts, including e-mail marketing, corporate website, Google Ads, Corporate LinkedIn and other channels. Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, and other ad platforms. • 4+ years in paid media buying/performance marketing. • 4+ years of experience with email marketing using platforms to manage email campaigns with a proven record of increasing e-mail metrics • 4+ years of experience in organic marketing platforms and increasing social media metrics, including, but not limited to, LinkedIn • 3+ years of demonstrated success managing marketing calendars and synchronizing product and promo timelines. • 3+ years of experience of running A/B testing for creatives and messaging displayed across all marketing channels, measuring success, and implementation Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising Management • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, and ads across emerging platforms. • Ensure ad performance while scaling spend to efficiently increase overall sales. • Continuously test and refine ad copy (headlines, body, descriptions) with structured A/B experiments to improve CTR and CVR. Creative Development & Testing • Develop and/or secure high-quality images and video assets. • Plan creative A/B tests to optimize performance across platforms. • Translate social and cultural trends into timely ads, posts, and email pushes. Content Planning • Develop and manage a dynamic Marketing Calendar aligned with product launches, SEO initiatives, and promotions. • Facilitate weekly/bi-weekly planning sessions in collaboration with other team members to gather insights and generate ideas. • Continuous improvement and updates to the corporate website while maintaining messaging consistency. E-mail Marketing • Implement and oversee e-mail strategies for continuous improvement, optimized for conversions • Align e-mail pushes with ad campaigns and promotions for unified brand messaging. Organic Social Media • Own the organic social media calendar, deploying content across all channels. • Maintain a consistent brand identity across organic and paid media touchpoints.
