Our services include billing, collections, aging clean-up, business office services, and consulting. NHBS upholds professional and ethical standards, ensuring transparent and effective solutions that bolster financial stability for our clients. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an MDS Manager. The MDS Manager will be responsible for overseeing the completion and submission of accurate and timely MDS assessments, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and managing resident care plans. The role involves ongoing communication with staff to achieve the best care outcomes. Qualifications • Experience with MDS assessments, care planning, and regulatory compliance • Knowledge of Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care Facilities • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in healthcare software and EHR systems • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualification preferred • Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility settings is a plus
