ROLE OVERVIEW As the Operations & Engagement Coordinator, you are the "engine room" of our regional W2 division. Your mission is twofold: ensure every single shift requested by our anchor healthcare partner is filled with our high-quality professional, and ensure those professionals feel supported, motivated, and empowered to make NurseDash their long-term professional home. You don't just "post shifts"; you manage a community. You will be responsible for the daily logistics that drive our financial performance and ensure our clinicians are getting the most value out of their W2 benefits. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Salary: $49,000 – $60,000 (commensurate with experience). • Performance Incentives: Up to $12,000 in annual bonuses tied to fulfillment, retention, and reliability targets (paid quarterly). • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. • Time Off: 14 days of PTO per year to ensure you stay refreshed and at your best. • Work Style: Market-based remote/hybrid model with a monthly technology stipend. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Strategic Scheduling & Fulfillment • Own the master schedule for our W2 cohort across a premier regional facility network. • Achieve a 100% Fill Rate by proactively matching worker preferences with facility needs. • Implement the "Anchor Shift" strategy to ensure stable staffing and benefit eligibility for our core team. 2. Worker Success & Community • Act as the primary daily advocate for our W2 employees. • Conduct "Stay Interviews" to gather feedback and ensure our team is satisfied with their professional growth. • Drive adoption of W2-specific perks, ensuring our team feels the full value of their employment. 3. Operational Excellence • Foster a culture of reliability to maintain an ultra-low cancellation rate (<2%). • Collaborate with Finance to ensure hours worked are accurately captured for our weekly payroll. • Protect unit sustainability by aligning scheduling decisions with our established business model. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE • A Vibrant Community: You've fostered an environment where 80%+ of our new hires stay with us beyond the 90-day mark. • Reliable Support: You consistently meet 95%–100% of our partner's shift needs. • Mutual Respect: Through your relationship-building, our "call off" rate stays below 2%. • Total Accuracy: You maintain a perfect record of billing and time-keeping compliance. QUALIFICATIONS • 2–5 years in healthcare staffing, hospitality, or high-volume logistics. • A "Hustler" mindset with the ability to solve complex puzzles in real-time. • Exceptional empathy and the ability to influence others positively. • Tech-savvy with experience in platforms like Breezy, Slack, and payroll integrations.
