Your Mission Your mission is to help Nuon become the clear, trusted voice of BYOC. Developers and enterprises should be able to understand what BYOC is — and why Nuon is the leader — within 90 seconds of hitting our site, docs, or blog. You’ll own the written story of Nuon: shaping product messaging, publishing content, and building the foundation for how the world learns about BYOC. The Role We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is technical, hands-on, and excited to help us explain Nuon to the world. This role focuses on written content and core product messaging: you’ll roll up your sleeves to create clear, engaging copy for our documentation, website, blogs, and product releases. You’ll work closely with our founder, product, and engineering teams to ensure we communicate Nuon’s value proposition and products in a way that resonates with developers and enterprises. What You’ll Do Your job is to ensure our presence and Nuon branding resonate with technical audiences in authentic, creative, and scalable ways. Collaborate with engineering and product to define and articulate Nuon’s core workflows. Demonstrate a profound understanding of our product strategy and its differentiation. Establish value propositions with supporting materials, including website collateral, blogs, product demos, and solutions content. Develop clear strategy briefs that translate customer insights into impactful benefits and reasons to believe. Suggest relevant success metrics and targets. Set timelines and manage processes. Contribute to a financial and customer growth strategy plan development and execute programs in service to it. Evaluate copy and creative execution to ensure we’re achieving our strategic intent; support broader GTM initiatives with high-quality product copy and collateral. Continuously monitor industry trends and partner with the broader market strategy team to inform positioning and messaging. Who You Are 4–6+ years in B2B product marketing, technical content, or developer-focused marketing, including launching and scaling new offerings to market 3+ years of experience in the observability and infrastructure monitoring space BS in a STEM field or significant knowledge of DevOps practices and understanding of the developer persona (application developer, software engineer), developer tools, communities, and creating authentic experiences Able to understand Nuon’s product and communicate credibly with engineers. Deep knowledge of modern application architecture. A strong writing portfolio, storyteller, content creator (blogs, docs, release notes, product copy, and presenter with the ability to command an audience and engage developer audiences through storytelling, content, and live/virtual experiences. Collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable collaborating with founders, engineers, and revenue teams in a fast-paced environment. Location Strong preference for San Francisco (In-office 5 days a week). Open to exceptional remote candidates in the U.S.
