Provide consulting support to plan, manage, and optimize workforce and resources to improve organizational performance and sustainability.
At least 3 years of experience in succession and resource planning, with preferred background in human capital management and workforce planning tools.
This is a remote position. PART TIME - REMOTE - CONTRACT - PREFERRED LOCATION : LOS ANGELES Summary: Provide consulting support in planning, managing, and optimizing workforce and resource needs to ensure effective organizational performance and long-term sustainability. Key Duties: • Develop and implement succession planning strategies for workforce transitions. • Conduct resource planning to align staffing, skills, and capacity with organizational needs. • Analyze current organizational structures and recommend efficiency improvements. • Support change management and workforce optimization initiatives. • Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership decision-making. Minimum Requirements: • 3+ years’ experience in succession planning. • 3+ years’ experience in resource planning. Preferred Skills: • Background in human capital management or organizational development. • Knowledge of workforce planning tools and methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and HR teams.
