Nucor supports its teammates with top-tier benefits like Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability Insurance, 401K and Roth accounts, Profit sharing, Pay-for-performance bonuses, Paid parental leave, Tuition reimbursement, Stock program, Scholarships and more.    Basic Job Functions: Locate, pull, and bring orders using a sit-down forklift Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies Transport raw materials to production workstations Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs; keep track of inventory Comply with company policies and legal guidelines Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities Support the tube mill and other departments as needed Other duties as assigned Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.Minimum Qualifications: Prior experience working in the tube mill department Proven experience as a sit-down forklift operator Valid certification to operate forklifts required; we will also certify through company Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must work any shift as required, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
