Full Description

Design, develop, and optimize integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and custom solutions. Implement and maintain Apex classes, Async Apex (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled), and Triggers, with a focus on NPSP structure. Build, configure, and manage custom metadata types and custom settings for reusable and scalable solutions. Hands-on development with Salesforce Education Cloud (HEDA) and NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) to support institutional and nonprofit requirements. Manage and configure Commerce Cloud Business Manager for digital commerce capabilities. Develop and enhance flows and leverage Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries (DLRS) for automation. Support and guide system architecture discussions, ensuring data flow and system reliability across enterprise applications. Participate in release management and DevOps pipelines using Git/Copado/Gearset. Document technical designs, integration flows, and best practices for knowledge sharing. Working knowledge of DLRS and declarative automation. 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. 6+ years experience in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Prior work in higher education or nonprofit organizations leveraging HEDA/NPSP. Exposure to integration platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
