Lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Salesforce FSC in Wealth Management, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance and adoption.
Over 8 years of experience, with 5+ in product ownership, deep Salesforce FSC knowledge, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud within the Wealth Management domain. Partner closely with Wealth Management business stakeholders (Advisors, Relationship Managers, Operations, Compliance) to translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria. Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and regulatory requirements. Act as the primary decision-maker on scope, priorities, and trade-offs during delivery. Ensure effective adoption of FSC data models (Households, Financial Accounts, Relationships, Goals, Life Events) to support wealth advisory use cases. Collaborate with architects and development teams on solution design, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Drive advisor experience enhancements, including 360° client views, goal-based planning, onboarding, and servicing workflows. Ensure solutions comply with financial services regulations, data privacy, and security standards. Support UAT, release planning, and go-live readiness, ensuring business acceptance and value realization. Monitor product performance using KPIs and user feedback, continuously refining the roadmap. 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in a Product Owner / Product Management role. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, specifically in Wealth Management or Asset Management programs. Deep understanding of Wealth Management business processes, including client onboarding, portfolio management, advisory servicing, and compliance. Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum environments as a Product Owner. Ability to define and manage epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, UX, data, compliance). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills. Salesforce certifications such as Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Product Owner. Experience with OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, or advisor portals. Exposure to integrations with portfolio management systems, custodians, or market data providers. Prior experience on large-scale Salesforce transformation or expansion programs.
