Our ServiceNow platform is a key enabler of operational efficiency and digital transformation, and we’re continuously evolving it to meet the needs of our business and customers.   What you’ll be doing   Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements across various ServiceNow modules. Advocating for Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. Challenging proposed custom solutions when configuration can meet the same business need. Translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Working across different areas of the ServiceNow platform to ensure consistency and alignment with best practices. Supporting testing, training, and change management activities related to platform improvements. Building strong relationships with engineering, product, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery.   What you’ll bring along   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Solid understanding of ServiceNow’s Out-of-the-Box capabilities across multiple modules. Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams. Ability to critically assess technical proposals and guide stakeholders toward optimal platform usage. Comfortable navigating and contributing across different areas of the ServiceNow platform. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in writing clear documentation, user stories, and process flows. ServiceNow Fundamentals or Business Analyst certification. Experience with ITSM, ITOM, SAM, or other ServiceNow modules. Familiarity with configuration vs. customisation principles in enterprise platforms. Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
