This is where you come in. We are seeking an experienced professional with strong skills in Power BI and Power Automate. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards independently, turning complex data challenges into scalable solutions. This initiative supports the reliable operation of IT systems for a leading automotive company, ensuring maximum availability of critical business applications. You will contribute to designing, monitoring, and improving IT service processes based on industry best practices. The scope covers nine key areas, including reporting, process optimization, automation, operational handover, and documentation.   What you'll be doing   Develop and maintain advanced Power BI semantic models to support complex business requirements Design, implement, and optimize DAX queries to create efficient and scalable data models Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders Collaborate with data engineers to integrate and transform data from various sources into Power BI Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Power BI reports and dashboards Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Power BI solutions to enhance user experience Participate in capacity planning and sizing of Power BI service components Maintain and update documentation related to Power BI processes and configurations in line with Allianz Technology standards Coordinate with stakeholders, including development, architecture, rollout, and operations teams, as well as customers, for releases, upgrades, and changes Support service-related risk assessments and audits What you'll bring along   Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligence Expertise in advanced Power BI semantic modeling and DAX Proven experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Microsoft Azure and Synapse is a plus Familiarity with cloud architecture and software as a service (SaaS) concepts is nice to have Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
