We are looking for a skilled and experienced Manual Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing manual testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of our payment solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with our business goals. What you'll be doing Analyze product documentation, including Use Cases, User Stories, and UML Diagrams, to develop detailed manual test cases. Create and maintain comprehensive manual test suites for full functional coverage. Execute manual testing to validate application functionality, usability, and performance. Organize and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders. Develop and maintain a clear and structured manual test strategy aligned with project timelines and deliverables. Provide guidance and support to offshore/manual testers to ensure consistency and quality in execution. Work closely with the Overall Test Lead to ensure a unified and coordinated testing approach across projects. What you'll bring along Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, a related field, or equivalent working experience. Minimum 5–7 years of demonstrable experience in a Manual QA role. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices for manual testing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in reviewing complex documentation. Proven experience in organizing and running UAT with stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in test management tools, ideally Azure DevOps. Experience in API testing. Ability to follow Teamscale (TSA) guidelines while constructively questioning and optimizing them when needed. Ability to mentor and guide team members, particularly offshore testers. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level, CSTE) are a plus. Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress. Understanding of how automation can complement manual testing processes. Ability to contribute to future automation initiatives or support automation testers as needed Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
