Who we are   Our team is passionate about creating scalable, secure, and modular backend architectures that power innovative applications. Whether remote or on-site in Europe, you’ll be joining a collaborative environment where experimentation and impact go hand in hand.   What you’ll be doing   Designing and developing backend services using Python 3.x with a focus on modularity, performance, and scalability. Integrating and optimizing services within Azure Cloud, including Azure Functions, App Services, CosmosDB, and Blob Storage. Implementing LangGraph workflows for agentic orchestration and AI-driven task automation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define APIs, data models, and service contracts. Ensuring CI/CD pipelines are robust and aligned with DevOps best practices. Monitoring and troubleshooting distributed systems using Azure monitoring tools and logging frameworks. Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.   What you’ll bring along   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Python backend development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous programming. Hands-on expertise with Azure services, such as Functions, App Service, Container Apps, CosmosDB, and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, GPT-based orchestration). Working knowledge of DevOps tools, including GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes. Understanding of data pipelines, event-driven architecture, and message queues (e.g., Azure Service Bus). Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate), and experience with MLOps, NLP, or GenAI tools. Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
