In this role you will: Specifies market requirements for current and future products or solutions by conducting market research supported by client engagement sessions. Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with internal and external audiences. Identifies and creates demand for solutions that drive sales and ensures the financial viability for deployment, preparing and reviewing cost estimates. Develop and document standard best practices, templates and technical guides. Contribute to updating and maintaining the practice portfolios and associated sales documentation. Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively sell the product. Work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market plans. Works closely with primary and secondary partners/vendors to understand their strategies for solutions and services and develop and maintain relationships to ensure alignment in technology trends and product roadmaps. Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, deliverables, and communication strategies. Monitor and analyze the performance of go-to-market initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives. Contribute to the development of technical training and training programs. Facilitates regular practitioner or delivery training activities on relevant topics and subject matter. Leads and promotes knowledge sharing of solutions and services by sharing best practices and lessons learnt with clients. Specifies market requirements for current and future products or solutions by conducting market research supported by client engagement sessions, and by attending select industry events and conferences. Develop relationships with key clients and attend strategic client meetings to support the account teams. Performs any other related task as required. Extended ability to lead technical design workshops with the client and internal business stakeholders. Extended technical, quantitative and analytical capabilities. Your day at NTT DATA The Principal GTM Practice Solutions Specialist is a highly skilled subject matter expert, responsible for guiding and overseeing the implementation of solution design, configuration and escalated problem management of solutions and services in client environments. This role takes ownership of translating opportunities into solutions and contributing to the design and configuration requirements related to client proposals. This role guides the creation and delivery of complex technical solutions to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW). Identifies areas of improvements for user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, proposes technical solutions and provides a high-level design of technical or service solutions to meet the client’s requirements. Takes ownership of user support, troubleshooting, design, configuration and escalated problem management. Guides the development of technical training and training programs. Oversee the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals of complexity. Guides the solution roadmap and milestones. Contributes to the knowledge base of solutions and services by sharing best practices and lessons learnt with clients. Understands the client’s environment, business needs and provide expertise and consulting on the relevant solutions. Works closely with vendors to understand their strategies for solutions and services, can articulate the roadmap, and associated impacts for clients. Identifies process improvements and ensure compliance to process and policy governance by continuously reviewing processes.
