We are currently seeking a Configuration Senior Specialist to join our team in Arlington (REMOTE), Virginia (US-VA), United States (US). Job Summary: The Configuration Manager oversees Configuration Management under the Lifecycle Operations Line of Business, maintaining CMDB in ServiceNow, implementing ITIL processes, and conducting audits to ensure consistency, control, and traceability across SDLC projects. Using CMDB maintenance and configuration auditing tools, this role performs change impact analysis and uses documentation versioning systems. ITIL process implementation and risk mitigation strategies reduce operational risks and support continuous improvement. By facilitating audits and collaboration, the Configuration Manager enhances standardization and aligns with organizational goals. Job Duties: - CMDB maintenance (ServiceNow) - Configuration auditing tools - ITIL process implementation - Change impact analysis - Documentation versioning systems - Risk mitigation strategies Basic Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years' experience in a configuration manager role or supporting configuration responsibilities - Bachelor degree, One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program. - Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948 - $164,476. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
