NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Systems Analyst to join our team remote in the USA. Role Responsibilities • Gather and document requirements from business units and translate them for developers and technical teams. • Primary focus will be to manage contract submission and status in the process as well as administrative paperwork for PO's and technical assessments. • Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementation decisions. • Coordinate and link computer systems within the organization to ensure compatibility and information sharing. • Manage contract submission processes, monitor status updates, and ensure timely completion. • Handle administrative paperwork for POs and technical assessments. • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify information processing needs. Required Skills/Experience • Minimum of 1+ years' experience a business systems analyst role or related role • Minimum of 1+ years' experience of basic understanding of design principles and techniques • High School Diploma or GED Preferences • Understanding of Imaging IT (PACS) • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. • Smartsheet knowledge is a plus • ServiceNow knowledge is a plus About NTT DATA Services: NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($41.00 - $43.00/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
