Full Description

Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of Cybersecurity M&A projects, including strategy development, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and achievements to ensure alignment and support. | 20 2. | Drive Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Cultivate a proactive approach to risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with cybersecurity projects. Ensure that risk management practices are integrated into program planning and execution. | 20 3. | Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management Serve as the primary point of contact for specific Cybersecurity projects fostering strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, compliance, and external vendors. Lead change management efforts, including user training, documentation, and communication plans to promote successful Cybersecurity integrations. | 20 4. | Resource & Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources, track expenditures, and report on project financials to leadership. | 20 5. | Lead: Lead a team of service and delivery leads, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence aligned to McKesson's ICARE and ILEAD values. Inspires teams to achieve project goals, fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration | 20 | | 100% Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is required. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) in relevant disciplines are preferred. 10+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a minimum of 4 years in cybersecurity project management. Effective leadership, training and presentation skills, and experience in leading multiple, highly diverse teams to achieve results. Proven experience in cybersecurity portfolio and program management. Strong knowledge of the NIST/NICE framework and its application in cybersecurity program management. Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments; adjusts plans as needed to meet evolving business needs. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong management skills planning, organizing, leading, and measuring service driven teams. Ability to exercise and mentor others on good professional judgment and security related ethics
