About the Role This hybrid, high-visibility position oversees national and institutional account sales across the Eastern region while leading go-to-market strategy for a growing foodservice innovation pipeline. You’ll serve as a key partner to cross-functional teams, champion new product launches, build capability across the sales organization, and accelerate market penetration through insight-led selling. What You’ll Do • Lead go-to-market and commercialization strategy for new foodservice products • Manage and grow national account relationships across the Eastern region • Identify and close new business opportunities • Provide customer and market insights to shape product strategy • Partner with cross-functional teams to inform product development and launch plans • Oversee sales performance and pipeline activity for innovation products • Deliver training and capability-building for the foodservice sales organization • Track campaign results, pilots, and commercialization progress What You Bring • BS or MBA preferred (Business or Marketing ideal) • Extensive experience of national sales & marketing experience in consumer products or foodservice • Proven success building and executing sales and go-to-market strategies • Experience managing P&L components and driving revenue growth • Strong communicator with ability to influence across all levels • Skilled in analytics, problem solving, and strategic planning • Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools • Ability to travel as needed Ready to take the lead in shaping the future of sustainable foodservice products?
