Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Project Manager with expertise in Epic and EHR systems to oversee and manage clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical development, compliance management, and a thorough understanding of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to supervise teams, and a passion for advancing clinical research. Duties • Manage and oversee all phases of clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements. • Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful trial execution. • Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with clinical standards. • Monitor patient progress throughout the trial, ensuring safety and adherence to study protocols. • Utilize statistical software for data analysis and interpretation of trial results. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and data protection. • Collaborate with clinical laboratories to coordinate blood sampling, phlebotomy, and vital signs monitoring. • Collect and manage data effectively while adhering to CDISC standards for clinical data submission. • Conduct training sessions for staff on clinical trial processes, medical terminology, and documentation requirements. Requirements • Proven experience in supervising clinical trials management with a solid understanding of clinical research methodologies. • Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Epic, is essential. • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and compliance management practices. • Experience in data collection, management, and analysis within a clinical setting. • Background in nursing or related healthcare field is preferred. • Ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation review and patient monitoring processes. • Experience working with statistical software is a plus. • Knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures related to blood sampling and vital signs assessment.
