About The Role Nscale is seeking a Vice President, Supply Chain Operations to lead the physical execution engine of our AI infrastructure deployment strategy. This executive leader is accountable for ensuring compute racks, GPU clusters, networking fabric, and power/cooling infrastructure are received, integrated, staged, and deployed into data centers on time and at scale. In addition, this role serves as the enterprise Lean Process Leader for the Supply Chain organization — driving operational discipline, eliminating waste, reducing deployment cycle time, and building a scalable hyperscale operating model. This position translates supply plans into operational reality — with precision, speed, and continuous improvement — ensuring Nscale scales efficiently, predictably, and repeatably. What You'll be Doing (Responsibilities) • Own end-to-end operational execution of AI infrastructure deployments across all active regions. • Ensure rack integration, cluster builds, logistics flow, and site material readiness align with commissioning schedules. • Lead global integration partners, logistics providers, and operational teams to deliver predictable deployment outcomes. • Drive milestone adherence, deployment tracking, and executive-level readiness visibility. • Oversee global inbound logistics strategy and regional hub optimization to minimize dwell time and cost. • Ensure disciplined GPU handling, configuration accuracy, and quality control across manufacturing and integration partners. • Balance deployment speed with working capital efficiency, optimizing inventory strategy and constrained component allocation. • Lead structured response to supply disruptions, shortages, and deployment risks, escalating appropriately at executive level. • Establish and drive Lean Supply Chain principles across planning, procurement, integration, and deployment workflows. • Standardize global deployment playbooks and implement performance dashboards that reduce cycle time, waste, and cost per deployed MW. • Build a scalable, repeatable operating model capable of supporting 3–5x MW growth. Key Performance Indicators • On-time site deployment readiness • Deployment milestone adherence • Rack integration cycle time • Logistics cost per rack / per MW • Inventory turns and working capital efficiency • GPU handling accuracy and material availability at commissioning • Deployment slip reduction • Lean efficiency and cycle time improvement About You (Skills / Qualifications) • 12+ years of progressive supply chain operations experience, including global leadership responsibility. • Proven experience leading infrastructure, data center, server, or high-tech manufacturing operations at scale. • Demonstrated success building and scaling operational models in high-growth environments. • Strong background in logistics strategy, integration manufacturing, and constrained component management (GPUs / silicon preferred). • Experience leading Lean or operational excellence transformations (Six Sigma / Lean certification preferred). • Executive-level communication skills with ability to align cross-functional stakeholders. • Systems thinker with deep understanding of end-to-end material flow and deployment execution. • Calm, decisive leader who operates effectively under constraint and volatility.
