Job Summary: The Change Management Manager is responsible for helping lead and coordinate change initiatives that drive organizational transformation. This role ensures that changes are effectively implemented and adopted by employees, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communications, and project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans that support business transformation initiatives. • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify change risks and mitigation strategies. • Collaborate with project teams and relevant stakeholders, Talent, and leadership to integrate change management activities into project plans. • Support stakeholder engagement efforts, including communication, training, and support strategies. • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust plans as needed. • Coach and support senior leaders and managers in their role as change sponsors. • Help build and maintain a change agent network to support local adoption and feedback loops. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Public Relations or related field. • 5+ years of professional work experience • Experience with internal communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer, Slack, email platforms). • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. • Experience working in cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation roles. • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci). • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP). • Experience in large-scale digital transformation or M&A communications. • Knowledge of employee engagement and culture-building strategies.
