Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a General Manager Business Unit with Longfor Group. The General Manager will oversee the operations, strategy, and growth of the assigned business unit. Key responsibilities include managing partners and teams, ensuring financial and operational targets are met, coordinating sales and marketing efforts, ensuring exceptional client and investor satisfaction, and driving the successful execution of projects aligned with the company’s vision. The role also involves building and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders to support international expansion. Qualifications • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage partner relationships, and oversee operations effectively. • Business Development and Sales: Expertise in establishing strategic partnerships, driving sales performance, and achieving revenue targets in a high-end real estate or hospitality setting. • Strategic Planning: Strong skills in business strategy development, project execution, and operational planning for growth-focused organizations. • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of luxury real estate, hospitality, or related fields with an understanding of the market and consumer trends. • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration. • Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred. International market experience and multilingual abilities are advantages.
