A growing multispecialty group in the Atlanta Metro area is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join its inpatient and step-down support team. This is a full-time role offering a combination of acute care visits, follow-up management, and clinical support for adult patients. New graduates with strong acute care clinical rotations are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities • Perform acute care assessments for hospitalized adult patients • Manage chronic conditions and urgent needs during admissions • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic results • Support step-down rounding and transitional care planning • Document in EMR and follow established clinical pathways • Collaborate with physicians, RNs, RTs, and care coordinators Qualifications • Active Georgia APRN license • AGACNP or FNP with acute care experience • Minimum 1 year experience OR strong acute care rotations • Solid clinical judgment and comfort with moderate acuity • Strong communication and teamwork mindset Compensation & Benefits • $130,000–$165,000 annual salary + RVU bonus • Medical, dental, vision, disability, and retirement matching • PTO, holidays, CME allowance • Malpractice coverage • Supportive onboarding and physician collaboration • Flexible 4x10 schedule (no nights required) Apply now through NPHire.com to be considered.
