Full Description

Company Overview Our client is a rapidly growing neurovascular medical device startup dedicated to improving stroke care. The company partners closely with hospitals and physicians to deliver innovative solutions for neurointerventional procedures. In a short period of time, our client has significantly expanded its commercial organization, growing from approximately 18 to more than 40 sales representatives, supported by a strong and growing clinical team. Led by experienced leadership from top-tier medical device companies, the organization is building a results-driven culture centered on execution, accountability, and growth. Position Overview Our client is seeking a Territory Manager to assume responsibility for an established Minneapolis / Minnesota territory, recently opened due to an internal promotion. This role will lead the adoption and growth of the company’s neurovascular stroke portfolio across hospitals and accounts in the region. This is a highly visible, field-based opportunity for sales professionals who thrive in startup environments, value autonomy, and are motivated by building and expanding a territory. Key Responsibilities • Own and grow a defined Minnesota territory focused on stroke and neurovascular procedures • Develop and maintain strong relationships with: • Neurointerventionalists • Neurosurgeons • Neurologists • Hospital administrators and key clinical stakeholders • Drive case coverage, in-service training, and clinical education in partnership with clinical specialists • Execute territory business plans, manage forecasts, and consistently achieve performance goals • Maintain a high level of field presence, including frequent hospital visits and case support • Represent our client with urgency, professionalism, and a high-performance sales mindset Target Customers • Hospitals performing stroke interventions • Neurovascular and neurointerventional physicians • Comprehensive and primary stroke centers Ideal Candidate Profile • Proven record of high performance in a sales role, with results prioritized over specific background • Medical device sales experience preferred; neurovascular, stroke, or interventional experience is a plus but not required • Open to high-caliber candidates from adjacent or peripheral industries who demonstrate strong sales aptitude • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with limited structure and high accountability • Strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to operate independently • Willing and able to travel extensively within the territory Culture & Hiring Philosophy • Leadership is committed to hiring top performers only; mediocrity is not accepted • Talent, drive, and execution are valued more than pedigree or exact industry experience • Entrepreneurial culture offering significant opportunity to build long-term career and portfolio value
